Aaron holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and utilized this background in his prior professional experience working with a real estate developer. He learned a great deal about the marketing, financing, building, and legal issues that accompany new construction condos and mixed-use projects, which he still uses today as a real estate broker. His organization, attention to detail, and responsive communication make him a dedicated advocate for both buyers and sellers. Aaron is a firm believer in leveraging all educational opportunities available to him, and is certified through the National Association of Realtors as an e-PRO®, Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). He is also proud to be a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and an At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) specialist which is a NAR certification program designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. Aaron offers expertise in the dynamic markets in the Chicagoland area with a particular focus on Skokie and Evanston, and is able to help global investors through his work in international real estate. Aaron is actively engaged within his community at a local and global level as a community storyteller through his podcasts, The Real Estate Diplomat and Inside the Skev. Deeply passionate about world issues, Aaron is the past Chairman of the Global Real Estate Council with the Chicago Association of Realtors, a Young Ambassador for the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, a former Young Professional Committee member of the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center, a former fellow with United Nations Association and a Rotarian. Outside of these commitments, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as indulging his interests in aviation and basketball.
