About
Amy is deeply ingrained in the Arlington Heights community. She is involved supports the local businesses, and has spent years forging personal and professional relationships with its residents and vendors. As the former owner and operator of the Tuscan Market and Wine Shop in downtown Arlington Heights, Philpott entered her real estate career with a pre-existing appreciation for the town and its residents as well as a mastery of logistics management and a bevy of best practices for customer engagement. “My years of creating, building and running my own small business have given me an amazing foundation to understand how to think ahead and prepare for the future,” she says, noting that she’s been able to translate that skill set by meeting with her clients at the very beginning of a transaction to create an individualized plan of action. She brings an unmatched level of expertise and enthusiasm to an industry that demands both. Amy’s professional passion has always been fueled by an innate desire to lead the industry as a part of a team with her colleagues, sharing experiences that can benefit the company and individual professionals alike. She believes that lifelong coaching is essential for continuity, consistency, and success in any dedicated agent’s career. Her leadership and influence, as well as her keen sales and marketing acumen, have already contributed to an incredibly successful and distinguished career path that will continue to expand and inspire for years to come. In 2019, Philpott earned Chicago Agent magazine’s Agents’ Choice Charitable Services Award. She is the co-founder of Brewing Opportunities and the nonprofit Gerry’s Cafe, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Arlington Heights. Outside of work, Philpott loves to garden, cook and play golf.
