Anna, a great team leader of The Superior Realty Group, based in Elk Group, Sacramento, is a 14 year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over California in over hundreds of real estate transactions. Anna has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her honesty, professionalism, competency, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first. 16 years ago when her family migrated from Belize. She went back to her roots in China so as not to lose her identity, stayed for 5 years and learned the Mandarin language. During her younger years in Belize she was exposed to a multicultural environment and was grateful that she can speak English, Spanish and Mandarin fluently. Her journey started in the United States when she was 16 years old and went to highschool directly. She found a happy environment and observed that the kids are totally spoiled. It was unfortunate that she didn't have the opportunity to go to college so she decided to work as a processor for a small business. Her sister made a great impact on her when she decided to start in the real estate business. Her family was renting a small apartment with 2 bedrooms for $600/ month back then. She didn't want to burden her dad when she reached 18 y/o so she thought to herself that she needs to earn her keep. She strived to learn, attended seminars after seminars and when she took the exam to get her license, she failed. Giving up was not in her vocabulary so, she waited for a couple of months and took the exam again and passed the second time. In 2008, her first year working as a licensed agent, she sold 30 properties. The earnings weren't that much though because the properties cost a little and commission checks are only $2,000-$3000. Long before the start of generating leads, she religiously called prospects. The business was slow at that time and she gambled in trying a caravan, The Home Bus Tour. Using their own vans to transport 30-50 clients from San Francisco to Sacramento and back. Due to her diligence, her luck turned and the business started to boom. After which, they were able to rent luxury buses. Consistency played a major role for her not to give up and she prospered in making it as her motivation. Remax Commercial was her first home in the real estate world, 14 years she stayed with the company and reached the highest award, The Pinnacle Club which garnered a total of more than 2Million in Gross Commission Income (GCI). She joined eXp Brokerage last 2019 as a great team leader of The Superior Realty Group, with business partners of 10 and growing to this date. Active in the community, Anna is a proud part of the nonprofit organization called Children’s Miracle Network whom she joined a few years back. She has this vision of giving back to the community. A philanthropist and visionary by heart and mind. Anna never stopped helping the children up to this date.
