Armando is thrilled to be a part of the Malin Group at Vanguard Properties. While he has lived in various cities including Pittsburgh, Los Angeles, San Antonio, and New York City, he has called San Francisco his home for the last 15 years. His expert knowledge of the city and surrounding Bay Area serves him well in understanding and addressing the unique needs of his clients. He is an effective communicator, including a good listener, and is ready to answer all his clients’ questions to ensure their needs are met.   Armando is highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic. Prior to joining Vanguard Properties, he worked in hospitality for almost two decades and is an expert at delivering exceptional customer service. He is skilled at anticipating needs, paying attention to detail, and leading with a results-oriented mindset, and he is excited to leverage this experience when helping clients buy or sell their homes.   In addition to real estate, Armando’s other passion is theater. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Carnegie Mellon University and has performed in several theater productions nationwide. His love for culture and the arts allows him to appreciate the beauty and uniqueness the Bay Area has to offer, and this perspective helps him find the right fit for his clients and make their housing dreams come true.
