Barrett is a wonderful realtor. He was super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. He negotiated a great price for our new house and we sold our only house over what we thought. Will never work with another realtor again, he’s the best of the best!

Barrett was awesome to work with and we wouldn’t be in our home today if he hadn’t found it. Knew just what we were looking for.

Barrett is the perfect realtor for the DMV area. This is the second review I am leaving, from a selling standpoint, on the house that he originally helped my family purchase 3 years ago. Barrett relayed his thoughts and opinions to help the house sell well, and we ended up selling for far more th...

He was extremely helpful, respecting our pace, providing tips and guidance, and thoughtfully answering our many questions. He held our hand throughout the process, even recommending property manag...
