With a Computer Science background and a prior career as a Programmer and Business Analyst, Beverly brings a strategic and analytical mindset to her real estate practice. She is a skilled negotiator and a creative problem solver who can make things happen, overcoming obstacles in order to get her clients to the finish line. In addition to her broker’s license, she is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE). A Lakeview resident for more than three decades, Beverly’s extensive knowledge of Chicago’s diverse city neighborhoods and suburban communities is another key benefit she brings to her clients. She is also a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee. Originally from Ohio, Beverly moved to Chicago in 1989. Now having fallen in love with everything about the city, especially its diverse cultures and communities, she gains great joy in helping her clients to find a place in this amazing city that they can call home. Outside of work, Beverly never tires of taking advantage of all that Chicagoland has to offer, from its world-class cultural institutions and thriving culinary scene to its many art and music festivals.
