BJ is a dedicated full time Realtor® and a Chicago area native who grew up in the south suburbs of the city. He attended St. Ambrose University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and at North Park University here in Chicago, where he earned his Master of Arts degree in Education. Before becoming a Realtor® BJ was a 10 year high school teacher on the south side of the city. In real estate, he uses his expertise and knowledge gained over many years of working with people to leverage his negotiation skills, market knowledge, and his ability to understand his clients’ needs. He does this to provide you with a one of a kind, personal real estate experience. BJ has lived on the north side of the city for the last 17 years and has become established in the city over that time. From the up and coming to the most established areas, he has a great knowledge of what the city has to offer. He continues to expand his knowledge of the area daily, living in and exploring everything the amazing city of Chicago has to offer. More importantly, he keeps up with the real estate trends and studies the area markets to further his expertise. In his free time, he loves to ride his bike in the city when it is warm enough.
