Unusual case for a property sale, but Bob thought outside the box and was able to close the deal quickly!!!! He was able to take the lot with foundation and make connections with builders to sell the property in less then 30 days of the initial listing.

Robert Sophiea was our agent in selling our home in Lexington. Knowing it would be a difficult house to sell, Bob was always very optimistic and went above and beyond in trying to get things done, negotiating, etc. I would highly recommend him if you need an agent.
