Brad Kothlow brings both passion and a deep sense of responsibility to his role as a Greater Vancouver area REALTOR®. He sees himself not as a sales person, but as a professional who guides his clients through the major life event of buying or selling a home. Brad is a serial entrepreneur and has successfully founded and built multiple award winning businesses including a Marketing Firm, Real Estate Academy, and he recently launched a new 5000 sqft hockey training facility that has revolutionized off-ice hockey training. Outside of the office Brad prides himself in giving back to the community through coaching and philanthropy. In the evenings and weekends Brad can be found in the ice rink or on the field coaching Hockey and Baseball. Annually, in association with SPFK, Brad helps to raise funds and awareness for the Make-a-Wish Foundation that has left a special mark on his life. Brad is a proud Pocoite having spent his whole life in Port Coquitlam, graduating from Riverside Secondary where, in combination with his athletics, was awarded the Port Coquitlam Minor Hockey Association Scholarship and Poco Minor Athletics Scholarship in his graduating year. Brad lives and works by the motto: “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of it.” His clients soon learn that whether it’s a problem to be solved or a detail to be handled, they can count on him to do just that.
