Brian Dolan brings over 37 years of executive leadership in sales, negotiation, client service and organizational performance to the practice of real estate. His career in the telecommunications and high-tech industries was built on the simple premises of listening to clients and putting their success at the center of all decision making; a philosophy perfectly suited to helping his real estate clients. Brian brings discipline, professionalism, and a profound ability to understand clients' needs to the award-winning Dolan Group at Ansley Real Estate's sterling 17-year performance record in the marketplace.  Brian exemplifies civic and charitable leadership, having recently been elected to the Milton City Council and serving for the past ten years as Chairperson of the Milton First Responders Foundation. He regularly volunteers for the Milton Tour of Homes, supporting local charities, and actively participates in major nonprofit events such as ShamRockin' for a Cure benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Hop on a Cure for ALS, and Swim Across America fighting childhood cancer. Brian is also an engaged member of both the Alpharetta Business Association and the Milton Business Council, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to giving back and strengthening the community. Brian and his wife have raised two daughters: Olivia is a graduate of Milton High School and works as a public defender in Cook County, Illinois; Carly is also a graduate of Milton High and Georgia State. She works for the Ritz Carlton. Lara and Brian reside in the Crabapple area of Milton. They enjoy golf, pickleball, travel and are involved in numberous civic communities. They spend time off at their vacation homes in the Blue Ridge Mountains and on 30A in the Florida panhandle (where they are also happy to help you work with a great agent to find your second home "happy place")!
