There’s no shortcut around the time that should be invested in each client. Shortcuts prevent strategy. Strategy is necessary in real estate. Without it, your house sits on the market, your buying experience ends in frustration and expectations are never met. I take the time to get to know each individual client…beyond how many bedrooms, bathrooms and whether you like hardwood floors vs. carpet. I need to know your personality, preferences that are well beyond any assumptions we could make and personality traits that explain “why” you need what you need. Strategy…it’s the secret to your success and why I’m confident in setting lofty expectations for my clients!
