She specializes in first-time homebuyers, helping them navigate harsh lending practices while she leverages positive, long-standing relationships to find them off-market gems. Carren regularly gets sellers better offers, and they appreciate how Carren arranges everything they need for a fast sale, including landscaping and staging services. As a longtime San Francisco resident, Carren’s neighborhood expertise is invaluable. She’s lived all over the city, including the Sunset, Russian Hill, Bernal Heights, and Bayview, where she currently lives. She’s deeply involved in her community—volunteering for a low-income housing non-profit and sitting on the board of the Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center for over 30 years. She also presided on the housing board and tutored at San Francisco Public Schools for ten years. Carren has owned a property in Sonoma County for over 15 years and has successfully helped numerous clients relocate to Healdsburg. Carren understands the unique market both on and off Russian River. She enjoys spending part of each week in Healdsburg visiting new homes and reaping the benefits of the warmer weather, access to Russian River, and of course the wine.
