Catherine Sveda has a deep passion for helping people, and that has manifested itself into a successful career as a Realtor on top of an already accomplished journey in the nursing field as an RN (Registered Nurse). Born and raised in Berwyn, Catherine graduated from Morton West High School and Joliet Junior College (JJC), receiving an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science for Nursing. For over a decade, Mrs. Sveda not only cared for others but also educated those interested in following her path in nursing, teaching the CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) program at Grundy Area Vocational Center (GAVC). After seeing her sister Heather soar as a top-producing Realtor at EXIT Strategy Realty, Catherine decided it was time for her to take her dedication to helping others in a new direction and became a Realtor in 2020. Almost immediately, she found success working with buyers, sellers and investors across the southwest suburbs and beyond. Her honesty, listening skills, analyzing wants and needs, as well as her research/analytical skills will provide a solid foundation when working with her. Her brokerage is a top producing EXIT Realty franchise, consistently ranked in the top 5 offices of the international network and producing over 1,000 transactions a year, selling over $2 billion in real estate since opening in 2009. She enjoys spending quality time with her family. When the weather permits, you may see her out with her husband on their motorcycle enjoying the ride.
