Real estate was never a fallback plan for Chandler—it was a field he chose deliberately, starting at the foundation and taking time to deeply understand the business before stepping into sales. He began his career at a boutique firm, where he was both a licensed transaction coordinator and part of a rigorous mentorship program focused on sales and negotiation. There, he managed the logistical core of real estate deals—contracts, disclosures, compliance—and quickly developed a reputation for catching mistakes before they became problems. The mentorship program emphasized what makes an offer competitive and how to get buyers into contract—skills Chandler applied daily while overseeing dozens of active files and working with multiple agents simultaneously. He also helped design internal workflows and office procedures that improved efficiency across the team, building systems that could scale with the business. The experience taught him how to think operationally while staying grounded in the emotional and human side of real estate. He later joined one of San Francisco’s top-producing teams, where he served as listing project manager—juggling up to ten listings at once and overseeing everything from detailed budget proposals to vendor coordination, marketing timelines, and contractor scheduling. Each listing involved more than 250 moving parts, and Chandler became the quiet engine behind some of the city’s most meticulously run sales. He implemented new protocols that streamlined communication, managed complex vendor logistics, and worked closely with agents to ensure listings launched on time and with impact. After years of experience supporting and working alongside agents, Chandler now brings clients a rare combination of operational precision and in-the-trenches experience. He understands how deals actually come together—from early strategy to last-minute pivots—and guides clients through each step with clarity and care. His focus is always on delivering the right information at the right time, so clients feel informed and confident in every decision. Whether advising sellers on smart pre-market investments or helping buyers craft offers that actually win, Chandler leads with calm, competence, and a strong sense of what’s worth fighting for.
