Chanel Hart D’Aprix is an award-winning Real Estate Agent proudly guiding home buyers and sellers in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area in North Carolina. Since 2015, Chanel has helped hundreds of people buy or sell a home in the Triangle area, closing tens of millions of dollars in real estate transactions. Most recently, Chanel was identified as one of the Top 10 eXp agents by volume in the world. Originally from Oklahoma, Chanel grew up fishing and hunting with her dad, and went on to receive her BA in Political Science and a minor in African Studies from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She moved to Miami where she had a successful commercial acting career, but her heart brought her back to Chapel Hill. Chanel returned to the Triangle and combined her love for meeting new people and learning more about diverse communities to a successful career in real estate and wants to share that success with the community she’s loved for over 25 years. She founded Hart & Olive Real Estate Group, eXp and their group of agents continue to collaborate with agents from all over the country. Chanel is an active board member of several non-profit organizations as well as the Triangle Multiple Listing Service BOD. She also is an active coach, mentor, and speaker throughout the real estate industry. Her heart belongs to her husband, Ford, their three boys, and their two fur babies.
