Chris helped me sell my home in Highland Park quickly, and we got more from it than I had hoped. He was extremely responsive, and held my hand every step of the way. I highly recommend working with Chris!

Chris is truly incredible and we feel so lucky to have gotten to work with him to buy our home! My husband and I were first time homebuyers and expecting our first child. Chris was referred to us by friends and he explained every step of the process with us with great care, without ever talking d...

Outstanding Realtor! Highly Recommended! We had the pleasure of working with Chris Gaggero for both purchasing our condo in Chicago and selling our house in Evanston. About
Fun facts: I'm English but have lived in the US since 1995. I came for grad school and got a PhD from Brown. I used to be a professor, but much prefer being a realtor!
I was born and raised in England, but came to the United States for graduate school. After getting a PhD in English literature from Brown, I came to Chicago and taught at DePaul University. I’d always been intrigued by real estate, though, and after my wife and I bought a condominium I got my license in 2004. The skills I developed as a researcher and teacher serve me well as a realtor..To write a PhD thesis, I had to process a lot of very complex information and then present my analysis of it clearly and compellingly. That’s much like the work I do now for buyers and sellers, sorting through a lot of complex market data to figure out what a property is worth and then using clear and compelling language to present a property (if I’m working for a seller) or an offer (if I’m working for a buyer) as attractively as possible. What I like best about being a realtor is the chance to work closely with one or two people at a very significant moment of their lives--the moment when they're buying or selling a home.
