Fun facts: CEO of Stephens Group | Real Estate Managing Broker

Chris Stephens started his real estate career in 2006 but found a passion for real estate long before that. His family's involvement in the Chicago real estate market dates back to the 1930’s. Since joining the business, he has partaken in 300+ transactions as an agent and has been a Designated Managing Broker in Chicago and the North Shore since 2013. Besides being recognized as a Top Producer throughout his career, Chris has also served as President for the Board of Directors of the local real estate board: North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors (NSBAR). Some accolades and awards he has been recognized for include: Realtor of the Year (2020) and Designated Managing Broker of the Year (2023). As a Managing Broker, Chris prides himself in being involved as a business coach and mentor to his agents and has passion for managing and coaching real estate professionals to maximize potential and lead them on a path to success in their careers.
