Colleen (Bader) Vasich is a broker with Nest Equity Realty, bringing 15 years in property management and 3 years as a licensed broker. She works with buyers, sellers, and investors—using her hands-on experience and local expertise to guide smooth transactions and smart investments. As a landlord herself, Colleen loves helping investors find properties that align with their goals. Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, she knows Chicago inside and out. With a Marketing degree from DePaul University, she combines market insight and strategy to deliver exceptional results. Recently married to her husband, Nik, she enjoys relaxing by the lakefront and exploring all that Chicago has to offer.
