While the start of 2024 was one of her toughest since she hit the ground running in 2016 she has been determined to stay positive. Q2 was just the start she needed to get the momentum and confidence flowing. Doing what she does best, securing her First time homebuyers, helping people who have centuries of memories downsize along with guiding executors of their family’s estate to let go of their childhood memories and let the healing begin. With the market only getting tougher and tougher communication, attentiveness and guidance still remain as top priority for Klausing as she continues to sculpt her relationships. As a one woman show, Klausing commits to being there every step of the way so that her clients feel confident in the ability to make their dream come true. Whether it is getting them in right away to tour or a 9PM phone to talk through a tricky inspection report. She wants what’s best for the person, and she builds her business on curating relationships, not just closing transactions. Klausing was born and raised in the northwestern suburbs but now has lived on the North Side of Chicago for a handful of years, enabling her to work with buyers and sellers from all over. She believes having diverse knowledge in multiple areas has led to her continued success. Her Business built on Referrals continues to make her smile as she knows that is one of the best compliments a Realtor can get. “Working with people who want to work with me because they know and trust my approach makes my heart happy,” she says. And even though at times she thinks she needs to figure out her next career journey, She continues to look forward to the future of real estate and knows she would have to be dragged away kicking and screaming because if it was easy everyone would do it.
