David worked with me recently to sell my father-in-laws house. The process could not have gone more smoothly. Throughout the process, he clearly (and patiently) guided an 89 year-old through everything from pricing strategy, staging, listing, and offer evaluation. He coordinated all of the inspec...

This real estate transaction went as quickly and as smoothly as it possibly could have. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Care was taken to do what was necessary without overdoing it. I would definitely use David Leonard's services with any future real estate transactions.

I worked with David Leonard to purchase my very first home. He was very helpful, friendly, and informative throughout the entire process. Highly recommend, and I will reach out to him again if I decide to sell my home or purchase another one.

Working with Dave was a great experience. As first-time buyers we were nervous about the process, but we felt taken care of from start to finish. In the end, Dave helped land us our dream home - we couldn't have done it without him. I'd definitely recommend Dave to any new buyer looking for a hom...

David Leonard did a fantastic job selling my house. I sold my home in Windsor California back in September of 2015. David was referred to me by a friend in San Francisco. When I called him and left my information on his voicemail, he called me back the same day and put me on his calendar to co...

Dave Leonard is the consummate professional. In our search for a new home, we found that we had no better advocate and adviser on our side than Dave. His experience and expertise (which, we discovered, encompassed not only real estate but also its neighborhood ice cream shops, local politics, new...

I decided that it was the right time to sell my SF condo at the end of 2015. I listed it myself (a stupid decision) for one day on Zillow and was bombarded with calls from agents. For the most part the incoming calls were useless bordering on ridiculous, but one of the calls stood out from the re...

Fun facts: Real Estate Agent recovering from working on Broadway and teaching
I've been in real estate since 2009 (way to call it Dave - go into during the biggest recession ever!) after Broadway collapsed. I'd always wanted to be in real estate since Broadway shut down (I was in lighting design) my husband pointed out that being unemployed was similar to a vacation but not identical. Having watched every Forensic Files episode ever made, I went to real estate school - just in case it was to be a very long recession (it was). Well, I took to it like a duck to water. Not sure why, maybe it was coming from teaching college for 20 years before B'way, but my clients trusted me and made me successful. Beyond that, it was fun, challenging (even today, I learn a few new things every week or two) and I got to sleep in my own bed at night rather than some hotel on the road. When Broadway revived and called me, I said I was busy and have never looked back. It all makes sense when I think about it - teaching college was moving students from one place to another - and real estate is very similar. I'm always answering lots of questions, and guiding people through one of the most complex transactions they will ever make - and on the other side of that they get a place to live! I've always been totally stoked about real estate. It's super complex and I know when I bought homes before being in the business I spent a great deal of time leaning on my agent for info. If you're thinking of buying or selling, it's important to get someone you like (you'll be spending a lot of time with them) and that you trust. Of course, I'd love you to choose me for the job, but it's important to interview a couple of agents to get the right fit. In the end, you'll get the right feeling from one of them - and that's the one!
