Since 1998, San Francisco native Dennis Eison has been an example of commitment and quality to the real estate industry. At the start of his career, Dennis provided valuable insight into the health and infrastructure of property, working as a certified home inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors. This inspired him to pursue his desire to weave client dreams into reality by obtaining his mortgage loan originator and real estate licenses. Years of practice have given him a rare understanding of every aspect of residential real estate transactions. Dennis is someone who operates with high integrity, an unparalleled work ethic, and morality above all, originating from rich childhood experiences and influences. Simply put, his parents raised him to treat others as he would want to be treated and to take on challenges as an opportunity for growth. These values along with his knowledge of current market trends, community insight, and mastery of complex contracts give him the ability to navigate any transaction with ease. Prior to working in the real estate industry, he led a successful 29 year career with USPS. There he facilitated internal training for frontline employees, strengthening his ability to educate and explain difficult concepts to others. In his leisure time, Dennis enjoys cooking and sharing his culinary creations with friends and family.
