Dottie Lipinski is a real estate broker associate who brings a wealth of experience and a unique set of skills to the industry. With a background in property management and a passion for helping first-time buyers navigate the real estate market, she is motivated by her two adult children. One of whom has recently married and purchased a new home, during which time Dottie realized the need for more guidance and support during the process. As a mother, a mum, and a mumsie (who is always willing to gush about her amazing granddaughter at a moment's notice), Dottie understands the importance of finding the perfect home for families. Her experience founding and serving as the executive director of a non-profit exchange program facilitated deep connections with over 900 international students and many local American host families in the western suburbs of Chicago. She had the opportunity to host over 40 international students in her home, which allowed her to develop a keen sense of cultural awareness and a deep appreciation for working with people from all walks of life. In addition to her experience in property management, Dottie is also a talented photographer and artist specializing in a shou sugi ban art technique that creates functional art perfect for staging a home. Her pieces are great conversation starters and add an element of uniqueness to any property.
