Bay Area born, with an international background, having grown up in Auckland, New Zealand. A magical place that still holds a piece of my heart! Understanding different cultures and customs and knowing how to communicate authentically with clients and colleagues is something I enjoy and comes naturally to me. The ability to connect with people and work towards a common goal supports my role as a Global Real Estate Advisor, where I partner with developers and investors locally and globally to build infrastructure, housing, and commercial developments. In addition, I actively work with both buyers and sellers. I guide buyers through the purchase process to discover what is important to them in a home while skillfully negotiating on their behalf to achieve their desired outcome. When working with sellers, I advise them on preparing their property to exceed market expectations. I bring a keen eye for design, along with a vibrant marketing plan and pricing strategy that yields strong results. I specialize in homes that didn't sell after previous attempts, as well as sales that require judicial supervision, such as receiverships, trusts, probate, and bankruptcy. Eileen is licensed and practicing real estate in Oregon, primarily in the Eugene and Springfield areas, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the Sacramento tri-counties areas in California.
