A fourth-generation Chicagoan, Elizabeth Otter brings an intimate knowledge and deep passion for Chicagoland’s diverse and culture-rich neighborhoods. Born and raised in Hinsdale and Chicago. She graduated from Saint Ignatius College Prep, Fairfield University (undergraduate), and the University of Illinois at Chicago (master's degree), and has lived across the country and abroad, giving her a diverse and broad perspective and reinforcing her deep connection to the dynamic city she proudly calls home. Elizabeth has always loved real estate—some of her earliest memories and appreciation for the industry while exploring new construction with her father and assisting her grandmother, a real estate agent, passing our flyers as she introduced herself to homeowners throughout the city. These formative experiences instilled in her the importance of hard work, critical thinking, relationship building, integrity, and attention to detail—values and qualities that define her approach to real estate today. Her real estate journey began in 2012 with the purchase of a three-flat in Chicago’s Little Italy. Since then, she has built an impressive portfolio of investment properties in Chicago, Western Illinois, and Washington, D.C. With over 15 years in executive leadership, negotiations, project management, and strategy, Elizabeth brings a results-driven, client-focused approach to every transaction. She leverages her deep market knowledge, strategic mindset, and extensive professional network to help buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals with confidence.
