About

At Vanguard Properties, I combine my background in customer satisfaction and direct sales with 10 years of hands‑on experience managing investment properties. I help investors evaluate, acquire, and sell vacation rentals and long‑term rental properties with clarity and confidence. I also work closely with seniors who are ready to right‑size their living situation, as well as families navigating the transition of a loved one out of their home. I provide guidance, resources, and compassionate support to make these moves as smooth and stress‑free as possible. My work is rooted in strong relationships, thoughtful communication, and a commitment to helping clients make informed, meaningful decisions.
