I’m Eric Anderson—a proud military veteran, dedicated Realtor, and passionate advocate for helping people build wealth and stability through homeownership. I serve the Raleigh-Durham and Fayetteville-Fort Bragg areas, with a special focus on supporting fellow veterans and military families. My journey started in the U.S. Army, where I worked as a paralegal. That experience taught me discipline, attention to detail, and how to communicate with people from all walks of life. After earning my MBA, I worked at IBM as an eBusiness Project Manager—but I quickly realized my real passion was helping people, not pushing paper. So in 2006, I made the leap into real estate—and never looked back. Since then, I’ve led and grown multiple Keller Williams offices, launched my own independent brokerage, and later merged it into Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty. Today, I lead the Eric Anderson Realty Group, a team known for our heart, hustle, and commitment to delivering real results for our clients. Roughly 60% of the people we serve are using VA benefits, and that’s by design. As a veteran myself, I know how powerful those entitlements can be—and how underutilized they often are.
