I’m Erin Poynton, a Broker Associate with Baird & Warner and founder of Homes by Erin. For more than 10 years, I’ve helped buyers and sellers across the western Chicago suburbs find the right next step—whether that’s a first home, a move-up, a downsize, a relocation, new construction, or the sale of a home they’ve loved for years. From 2022 through 2026, I closed 92 homes totaling $34 million in sales. Those results come from preparation, clear communication, and treating every transaction like it matters. I serve clients throughout DuPage, Will, Kendall, and Kane Counties, with convenient office locations in Plainfield and Naperville. Local knowledge is part of the job: neighborhoods, timing, pricing, and the details that never show up in a listing photo.
