Hi I’m Firiel Severns with eXp Realty. I run a boutique real estate company. What this means for you is that I only take on a handful of clients at a time. I have time for you. I will respond to messages and/or call you back in a timely manner. I offer a holistic approach to a home seller or buyer - here for you every step of the way, as opposed to a different person handling each part of the transaction. You will be talking to me directly, not an assistant. Like a large team, I have a coalition of support, a principal broker, a compliance team reviewing all documents, and an experienced transaction coordinator to make sure that the contracts are complete and meet all legal requirements to close.
