Geraldine Padilla-Sainez was born and raised in the Southwest side of Chicago. She later had the opportunity to live in Old Town, Lincoln Park, Streeterville and Cicero. It’s safe to say she is an expert when it comes to the Chicago neighborhoods from North to South. She recently moved to the Suburbs where she is raising her daughter and expanding her business. She also now services Yorkville, Oswego, Montgomery, Plainfield, Naperville, Batavia, Geneva, Saint Charles, Bolingbrook, Downers Grove, La Grange, Oak Brook, and Oak Lawn. Geraldine attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign ( Go ILLINI! ) and graduated with a major in Clinical Psychology and a minor in Spanish. This career path has helped her truly understand and empathize with her clients during real estate transactions. She is able to read her clients and effectively communicate with them. With a strong background in leadership, Geraldine takes initiative and is very organized. She stays on top of deadlines and makes sure to have open communication with her clients. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients have a smooth transaction. She will serve as point of contact to make sure every party is on top of their deadlines and are aware of next steps. Geraldine specializes in First Time Home Buyers but also has experience helping those with a real estate portfolio.
