Hi there, my name is Glen Clemmons, and I'm thrilled to share my story with you. I was born and raised in Greensboro, NC, and I attended NC State University, where I studied mathematics. It was there that I discovered my passion for problem-solving and analytical thinking, which has served me well in my career. Today, I am a Co-Founder and Partner at Umstead & Oak Real Estate Partners brokered by Keller Williams Raleigh. As a real estate agent, I have been in the business since 2018 and have been a top-producing agent since I started. In 2021, I was named part of the REALTOR Magazine's 30 Under 30 class, a significant honor that recognizes exceptional talent in the industry. I love being a real estate agent because I get to serve people in the single most expensive purchase in someone's life. It's a responsibility that I take very seriously, and I strive to steward other's finances responsibly and carefully. I love advising people and helping them see the potential for their investment. It's a privilege to be able to guide people through such an important decision. Outside of work, I am a husband, father, caregiver, and team leader. I specialize in business development, team leadership, and growth strategies. I am a natural leader that loves to hype others up around me. I'm a winsome recruiter and leader, and I find a lot of fulfillment in motivating and encouraging others. I'm also a teacher and a pioneer, always looking for ways to learn and stay ahead of the curve. I love to ask questions and get to know people, so I can discover how I can help or counsel them. I believe in showing up in a meaningful way, and I enjoy public speaking and emceeing events. My love of math and interpreting data for others has been a driving force in my career. I'm a growth and productivity junkie, always inventing new ideas, especially when it involves someone else's struggles. I enjoy networking with people and can make friends quickly. I can bounce around in a room full of people, but I usually pick a few to go deep to get to know them. Giving back to my community is also important to me. That's why I give 5% of my commission to the Parkinson's foundation. It's a cause close to my heart, and I'm honored to be able to support it. In summary, I am a real estate agent, a natural leader, a teacher, and a pioneer. I'm passionate about growth and productivity, and I find joy in motivating and encouraging others.
