Heather has been involved in real estate for over 30 years in various capacities: Realtor, Real Estate Instructor, Mentor, Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, Real Estate Investor, and Commercial Construction Project Manager. Heather has spent the majority of her residential real estate career specializing in supporting clients through challenging life transitions related to real estate. She collaborates closely with local attorneys and their clients to find resolutions for some of life's most difficult situations. Her compassion and dedication to aiding others effectively alleviate the challenges and uncertainties that come with these types of transitional life phases. Among her family and friends, she has gained a reputation as the person who can always find solutions and they fondly refer to her as “the fixer.” In addition to being a Realtor, Heather’s passion is teaching and mentoring. When not working with clients, Heather spends two evenings a week teaching at a local real estate school and is in the process of opening up her own. She is all about paying it forward and sharing the knowledge she has gained from others over the years with new people entering the real estate profession. Originally from Connecticut, Heather currently resides in Central Bucks County in Pennsylvania. She has a 24-year old daughter and two rescue dogs, Bella and Brody. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, gardening, cooking, and doing minor (sometime pretty major) construction projects around the house.
