About
Fun facts: Cybersecurity geek, short-term rental host, hole-in-the-wall restaurant evangelist, and Minnesota transplant who picked Lakeville on purpose. I drink the good coffee, ask too many questions, and read inspection reports like they're suspense novels.
Hi, I'm Holly. I'm a Lakeville-based real estate agent, short-term rental host, and a Minnesota transplant who looked at the south metro and thought "yeah, this'll do." A few things you should know about me upfront. I will absolutely drive 30 minutes for a hole-in-the-wall restaurant nobody's heard of, and I'll probably try to talk you into coming with. My background is in cybersecurity, which is a fancy way of saying I'm professionally trained to find the things other people miss, ask the uncomfortable questions, and read fine print like it personally offended me. Turns out that's a useful skill set when you're buying or selling a house. My husband and I run our own short-term rental, which means I've spent real time on the operations side of property: the spreadsheets, the staging, the 5-star reviews, the 11pm "the wifi is down" texts. That experience taught me how to read a space, anticipate what people actually want when they walk in the door, and stay calm when something needs handled. It also taught me that a great property isn't just about square footage. It's about how a place FEELS the second you walk in. What you get when you hire me: The full attention you actually want from your agent A brain that's wired to spot what's hiding in the details Honesty over hustle, which is to say I'll tell you a hard truth before I sell you on the wrong house Hospitality-host instincts, because I genuinely care whether you love the place I help you find A real brokerage and network behind me, so you get fresh-agent energy with seasoned-agent backup Where I work: The south metro and greater Twin Cities. Lakeville, Burnsville, Apple Valley, Eagan, Farmington, Rosemount, Prior Lake, Savage, Faribault and everywhere in between. As a transplant myself, I know what it feels like to size up neighborhoods from scratch and try to figure out which one is going to feel like home. I'll tell you what each pocket actually feels like, not just what the listing copy is selling. Who I love working with: First-time buyers who want a guide, not a sales pitch. Sellers who want a real strategy and consistent communication. Investors who want an agent who actually understands rental math and STR potential. Out-of-state transplants who need someone to translate "the south metro" for them, because I have been you. If you want an agent who treats your timeline like it matters, knows the difference between "cozy" and "tiny," and will absolutely send you a follow-up text asking how the new house feels three months in, I'm your person.
