I’m Isabel Malithuruthel! I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where I majored in Biology and minored in Business Administration. As the middle child of three daughters, I’ve always embraced the balance between collaboration and independence, which has shaped me into who I am today. While I originally planned on becoming a doctor, I realized my true passion was real estate. I discovered that my real motivation lies in helping people, and real estate became the perfect avenue to combine that with my love for exploring the latest trends in architecture and interior design. This passion naturally grew into a fulfilling career where I can guide others in finding their perfect home. Real estate has always fascinated me because it’s about so much more than buying and selling property—it’s about creating opportunities, building connections, and helping people find a place they truly belong. My favorite part of this career is working with clients from all walks of life and guiding them through what can often feel like an overwhelming process. As a bilingual agent fluent in Malayalam, I’m excited to bring a unique perspective to the Chicago market and serve a diverse community by bridging communication gaps to make every client feel understood and supported. Outside of real estate, I have a passion for dancing and fashion. Dance has always been a way for me to stay active and express myself creatively, while fashion allows me to connect with new trends and my personal style. I love staying current with the latest fashion and finding unique pieces that feel authentic.
