My specialty is knowing every "buyer out" in order to possibly prevent a bad experience from happening. I've been in the Real Estate industry for 15 years now. My professional area of expertise has been in both Residential & Commercial Real Estate. I specializing in sales, leasing and land acquisitions. I am a managing partner of 4 local businesses valley wide and through them I've developed a standard in my work ethic as my niche into comprehending the vital signs of our Rio Grande Valley Market. This equates to being able to disseminate key metrics for both buyers and sellers in our market for optimal outcome opportunities. My experience, training and work history in negotiations has afforded those whom I've represented a positive and successful experience in their endeavors. As a Realtor®, I currently hold several designations, licenses and certifications of which are GRI, SRS, MRP, TAHS, & e-PRO®. From the purchase of property to listing properties for sale, I have represented the remarkable people of the Rio Grande Valley with a high standard of commitment all of my professional career. As a valley native, I have had the opportunity to travel across the globe and from coast to coast. With this said, I am a firm believer that the Rio Grande Valley is the most opportunistic place to be. My understanding of the Rio Grande Valley is quite unique..."For every holiday we have in the U.S., Mexico has 3. So as a border region, our commercial retail sector booms in comparison to our inland regions of the country." Not only am I a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas, I am also an FAA Licensed Private Pilot and an FAA Licensed Commercial Drone Operator. With this capability, I am able to legally market to the next level, every asset of my clientele. My personal time is spent with my family either enjoying our property, camping, hunting or fishing. My greatest accomplishment in life is my commitment to Jesus, the Savior of my soul. I am a committed husband and father to both my children...whom I have come to learn so much from as the years go by.
