Jason Madison is a lifelong New York resident, born and raised in the Adirondack Region until the age of 13. Jason relocated to the Lower Hudson Valley, where he has been engrained in the local communities for the last 27 years. One of nine children (five girls and 4 boys), Jason appreciated early on what “home” should mean for a large family. With twenty years entrenched in the sales industry, Jason brings a vast experience as a master negotiator, mixed with hyper local expertise in local market data, real estate trends, marketing and advertising, digital media campaigns and social networking. Becoming a father in 2021 pushed Jason to expand his knowledge beyond his role as a Finance Manager at one of the largest most reputable local automotive dealerships, and launched him towards building something meaningful; while having the ability to support his family and pass down a legacy to his son. Beyond the fulfillment of assisting people with the largest and most emotional transaction of their life, Jason chose real estate so that he could assist clients in positively contributing to the communities and businesses throughout the Hudson Valley. Jason is fiercely committed to raising the bar in real estate locally and is fiercely committed to working harder than anyone else for his clients.
