I am a results-driven REALTOR® at eXp Realty (licensed in both Arizona and Utah) who is passionate about bringing people and real estate together. With over 25 years of experience in client relationship development, I have extensive skills in conducting property valuations, residential sales and rentals, and property marketing. I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) as well as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and also hold the CLP, e-PRO®, HFR, GSI, PSA, and RENE accreditations. I was born and raised in beautiful Utah. After spending a year in Buenos Aries, Argentina, I moved to Germany where I lived for nearly 30 years. This afforded me experiences throughout Europe with international, corporate processes as well as owning and managing my own real estate practice in Frankfurt, Germany. As a child, I visited Arizona to see my grandparents during the winter months. I was inspired by them and their love for Arizona's culture, art, crafts, and history. When the time came for us to move back to the United States, the choice was easy as I already had a strong tie to Phoenix from my childhood. As a Real Estate Professional, I am dedicated to consistently maintaining an effective flow of communication with all parties involved. My detail-driven negotiations between buyers and sellers ensure all requirements are met resulting in 100% customer satisfaction in all of my transactions. I also have the support of brilliant cooperative partners who assist in affiliated business activities (inspections, loans, title, etc.).
