Jennifer Riddle is a San Francisco Realtor® with a passion for properties that have "soul." While she is a recognized specialist in historic preservation and homes with architectural character, her expertise spans all eras of the SF market. As the founder of Old Soul Houses and co-founder of Leola Design Studio, Jennifer brings a designer’s eye and a renovator’s grit to every deal. She is also rehabilitating an 1879 Italianate with her husband in Eureka Valley and loves to share her experience there. Whether she’s exploring a "creepy basement" to check a foundation or navigating a complex negotiation, she provides a fiduciary-first approach rooted in transparency and detail.
