Hi, I'm Jill Watson. I'm a real estate professional in Delaware with a passion for helping clients determine what all their options are and will be bested suited for their current situation. I specialize in helping those who are looking to buy and sell their current home at the same time, first-time home-buyers, and people relocating to the area. Delaware is a unique area where many residents are born and raised, many are transplants relocating from various areas of the U.S., and we house one of the main military bases in the country: Dover Air Force Base. With such an eclectic group of people comprising our community, I am well educated and experienced in "outside-the-box" strategies. I am born and raised in Delaware and am extremely familiar with everything Delaware has to offer including our beaches that provide entertainment for everyone including: a variety of cuisine, shopping, games/rides, and a "hopping" nightlife. Delaware also consists of charming small-town communities with historical and architectural buildings and homes.
