Why do I do what I do? It’s simple: I believe in helping people feel at home.....whether that’s finding the right house, staying in the one they love, or discovering their potential along the way. My professional journey started with 23 years of military service, where I learned that leadership isn’t about giving orders.....it's about serving others, standing beside them, and ensuring no one is left behind. That belief carried me into 15 years of real estate, where I realized buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction....it’s one of life’s biggest decisions. It deserves care, honesty, and someone who listens and has some fun along the stresses. That’s why I co-founded Voila.....a disruptive real estate brokerage that had CORE VALUES that started with how the people within the organization wanted to LIVE. We LIVED and LIVE those values EVERYDAY. We then partnered with EXP Realty..... to make the home-buying and selling process seamless, hassle-free, and affordable! But there was another story waiting to be written. Watching people I care about struggle to navigate aging in their own homes struck a chord. Why should staying where you’re comfortable be so complicated? That question sparked Home at Home, a company I co-founded to empower seniors to age gracefully and securely. We’re not just making homes safer.....we’re giving families peace of mind and individuals the dignity of thriving in familiar spaces. At my core, I’m an explorer.....curious about people, ideas, and possibilities. I believe amazing things rarely happen in your comfort zone. Life is about growth, connection, and occasionally attempting the absurd to achieve the impossible!
