John Paul has lived in the city of Chicago since 2010. He was drawn to the real estate market at a young age as his family has been investing in real estate and managing properties for three generations. Being licensed since 2015, he combined his love of customer service with his passion for real estate and joined the Matt Laricy Group in 2018. Over the years John Paul has accumulated an outstanding portfolio of properties ranging from condos to multi unit buildings which gives him an edge in understanding today’s market and passing that knowledge down to his clients. Having lived and worked in many of Chicago’s neighborhoods over the years; and having explored every corner of the City, John Paul is no stranger to the Chicago lifestyle. He prides himself on his extensive knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhoods, as well as providing the highest levels of service to each and every client.
