John Floros grew up in Westchester, Illinois, and attended St. Joseph’s Catholic High School. After studying at a local community college, John joined the family restaurant business. He then continued on to work in hospitality for 15 years including roles in management, bartending, and serving. He capped off his hospitality career by working for Hilton Hotels and Yolk. Contemplating a move into real estate, John began his journey in the field by investing in foreclosures of the recession. He truly enjoyed the process of working with his agent… and there his fascination with the industry, and its potential, grew. John chose Fulton Grace Realty because of the opportunity to succeed with continuous educational courses, mentoring, innovative marketing, and social media support.
