Hey there, I'm John Thomas - but you can call me the "Real Estate Guru", if you're into nicknames. For the rest of you, just "John" will do. I've been in this game since 1997 - when some of you were probably still trading Pokémon cards. During these years, I've climbed all the ladders, jumped all the hoops, and walked all the walks in real estate. Top 20 teams in Atlanta? Been there. Worked at the #1 RE/MAX office in the world? Done that. So, what's my secret sauce? I know how to deal with bricks and mortars and turn them into gold. Whether you're looking to buy a cozy nest or sell a commercial behemoth, I'm your guy. But wait, there's more. I've got this knack for spotting top real estate talent and inviting them to the cool kids' club, also known as eXp Realty. Now, eXp isn't your grandma's real estate brokerage. We're talking stock ownership for agents, a revenue-sharing program that'll make your head spin, and a virtual office that's straight out of a sci-fi movie. Oh, and our training? It's so good, you'd think we were a university. I'm not all business though. Outside of office hours, you might find me hopping onto a flight to country number 38 (or is it 39?). And just so you know I'm not all about number-crunching, I've got a BA in Education - helping people grow and succeed is my jam! I've got big plans for the future.
