Jordan Chronopoulos has built a track record of success that sets him apart as one of the DC region’s most accomplished young agents. Jordan earned his license in 2017 while still a student at Montgomery College and went full time after graduating in 2019. Since then, he has closed more than $70 million in real estate sales, placing him among the top 5% of agents in the DC metro area. In 2021, his first year as a solo agent, he closed over $21 million and was honored as GCAAR Rookie of the Year. He also made history as the youngest person ever elected to the GCAAR Board of Directors. Coming from a family rooted in residential and commercial construction, Jordan grew up on job sites and developed an early understanding of what goes into building and renovating homes.
