I am a broker with Cross Street specializing in multifamily sales and luxury rentals in the Gold Coast, Streeterville, Old Town, West Loop, River North, and Lake View neighborhoods. With a background in maintenance and remodeling, I love to assist my clients in the lease, purchase, or sale of their property. I mostly work with both first-time homebuyers and investors. As an investor myself, I am well-equipped to guide first-time homebuyers through the complex process of purchasing a property, and I also help investors get their investment property, recommend contractors to do renovations, increase rents and lease the units myself, and help the investor sell their property. I have a team of professionals ready to help, including lenders, contractors, inspectors, and attorneys. In my free time, I enjoy trying the best Italian restaurants in Chicago that remind me of growing up in Florence.
