As part of a military family, Justin was raised abroad in Italy until his family moved to St. Augustine, FL, later moving to Orlando which he’s called home for the last 10 years. Justin attended the University of Central Florida graduating with a Bachelor's in Marketing; while at UCF he also took part in the prestigious Professional Selling Program offered by the UCF College of Business Administration accepting only 35 exceptional students annually. I genuinely believe that something unique about myself is my genuine follow up technique and ability to receive 100% of my clients to submit a review on their experience in 2021 & Beyond. Because of my transparency, direct communication and staying in touch with my clients in such a genuine way, I was able to receive the "Rate My Agent- Top 5 in Seminole County- Agent of the Year Awards" for 2022, YPN Orlando Regional Realtor® Associations Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars (Class of 2022), and Featured in Top Agent Magazine in July 2022 National Edition as a local area specialist. I also believe in fostering a positive relationship environment with fellow colleagues in the industry which has helped achieve many buyers get under contract in a multiple offer situation, based on the fact that the other agents either know personally or know someone who has worked with me and I have proven to care so much that I will do everything in my power to make the transaction as smooth as possible, fair, and pleasant.
