When representing a home buyer I believe when we find the right home you will know it. My first job is to show you what is available and to make sure we get the home you want for the lowest price possible. This is where I start, however when buying a home for the first second or even third time you will have questions and need guidance. From coordinating and explaining inspections to finding a reputable lender for the loan, I have the know how and experience you need. When representing a home seller it is my job to make sure everyone knows that your home is for sale. Not only do I take pictures, but I take video which has become more and more important today. Knowing that most home buyers are online is the first place to start. Using today's technology to reach as many buyers as possible is my next step. However, we can't forget the effectiveness of traditional marketing and make sure that I take advantage of that also. So when marketing your home you know I will approach it from many different angles to get the best price possible. As a Pre-Foreclosure Specialist and HAFA Certified, I also know how to guide you through a successful Short Sale.
