Fun facts: I am a REALTOR ® and Broker Associate dedicated to educating my clients and navigating the Home Buying Process!

The values of dedication and commitment were instilled in me at a very young age, as I worked for my Family's Demolition company, owned and operated by my Mother. I have extensive knowledge in contracts, zoning, city, county, and state regulations, including planning and eminent domain. I bring a passion to every client and/or project I take on and I am persistent in my pursuit of client satisfaction as I am always striving to stay ahead of the ever evolving field of Real Estate. I am driven by my entrepreneurial spirit. I earned a degree in Liberal Arts and transitioned into a real estate career in 2018, where I now specialize in both residential, rural, mobile homes, vacant land and commercial properties. My professional credentials include the following Certifications GRI, SFR, REO, AHWD and C2EX. I obtained my Associate Broker License in 2021 as well as my ABR course Designation. Additionally, my in-depth knowledge of probate, short sales, and foreclosures, positions me as a trusted advisor in complex transactions. I joined The Lister Home Team in October of 2023 and was honored to be named their Director of Operations. Cheryl Lister has helped me grow professionally and personally and having the the opportunity to work along side my mentor, partner and closest friend has been nothing short of fulfilling; ultimately enriching my skills and expanding my vision. With my 4 daughters as My Legacy and my unwavering commitment to excellence, I aim to be a beacon for consumer insight, ensuring my clients have the information and support they need for successful Real Estate ventures.
