Fun facts: Karla ran track when she was at Purdue University obtaining her Industrial Engineering degree. She was a sprinter, who ran all of the the sprinting events and the sprint relays, as well as triple jumped and long jumped.

Karla’s mission is to help people build Wealth with Real Estate while enjoying the Florida lifestyle whether they are buying, selling or investing.  Karla regularly hosts Home Buyer and Seller seminars, gives speeches about Real Estate and coaches other Real Estate Agents. She is known to many for her expertise in the Real Estate industry because of her vast knowledge, experience and many years as a Realtor, Real Estate Attorney and Real Estate Coach. Karla sells Real Estate in SWFL, which includes Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Venice, Tampa, St. Petersburg and the surrounding areas. Karla enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering her time to support children’s and women’s issues and sits on several nonprofit boards.  Karla and her husband, Brad, live in Lakewood Ranch, FL with their two boys. Their oldest son is in college and is a musician and music producer. Their youngest son is in high school and is a competitive gymnast.
