Kate was born and raised on the southside of Indianapolis and believes that there is always something new to find in and around the city. Having worked in the hotel industry for many years, she knows Hoosier hospitality means being accountable and supportive of her clients. During her free time, Kate enjoys getting outside with her dog, riding bikes, testing out new recipes, and working on projects around the house. She’s also always open to restaurant or audiobook suggestions. When buying her first home, Kate knew that she wanted a project. Having a place to call her own and a place to test her handyperson skills was something that she was proud of. This effort also brings the understanding that not everyone wants a project. We all need a home that fits best into our life and Kate looks forward to helping others find that.
