In 2002 Kelly used her Economics degree to launch herself into the real estate industry and hasn't looked back! For over a decade, she assisted in servicing and CLOSING thousands of properties for corporate sellers and investor groups with incredible success. After founding ChicagoToTheNorthShore in 2020, Kelly continued to blaze trails with the sale of the largest single family home sale on the North Shore that year, closing at $9,500,000, which was half a million more than the original list price. Kelly has been featured on the cover of Chicago Agent Magazine and other elite press. She is an industry award winning recipient: Crains Notable Agent, Chicago Agent Magazine, Chicago Magazine, FiveStar Agent, Chicago Tribune, HomeSnap, NSBAR (event panelist/speaker), multi-year "Best of the Best" Award, BHHS Platinum Chairman's Circle Award, and various office LUXURY leader awards to name a few. She is well respected within the real estate community, a member in various industry groups (Top Agent Network and Young Professionals Network), and has relevant certifications. Engaged and invested in our community, Kelly volunteers for many philanthropic organizations, participates on a local school's finance committee, and serves as President of the Board of Directors for a non-profit.
